Early access terms

These terms cover joining the SUURA™ early access list on this website and using the referral scheme. SUURA LTD (“SUURA”, “we”, company number 17436442, registered in England and Wales) is a UK company. SUURA™ is still being built. These terms are short on purpose, and the full terms for the service will follow when it launches.

1. What early access is

Joining the list means you would like to hear from us when SUURA™ opens. It is not a purchase, a contract for a service, or a promise of access. We may open access in stages, change who goes first, or change what the service does. Your place in line is a guide and can change.

2. Who can join

You must be 18 or over. You can join for yourself or on behalf of a business you are authorised to represent. Please use your own email address, and join once.

3. Referrals

• You get a personal link that you can share with people who might like to hear about SUURA™. Sharing it does not change your place in line.
• Only genuine sign-ups count. Using your own other email addresses, automated sign-ups, or paid or spammy promotion can lead to removal from the list.
• We may offer rewards for referrals in future. If we do, we will publish the rules first. Nothing in the referral link gives you a right to any reward.
• We can change, pause or end the referral link at any time.

4. What SUURA™ is and is not

SUURA™ is designed to help people find and retrieve their own historical insurance records. We are not an insurer, an insurance broker or an adviser, and nothing on this site or in the demo is insurance, legal or financial advice. The demo is a concept preview and does not connect to real insurers or accounts. Please do not enter real policy or ID numbers into it.

5. Your information

How we use your information is explained in our privacy notice. You can ask us to remove you from the list at any time by replying “delete” to any of our emails, or by emailing [email protected].

6. Our responsibility

We will take reasonable care with this website and the early access list. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law, or our responsibility for anything the law does not allow us to limit. Because the service is not yet live, we cannot promise that this site will always be available or free of errors.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as SUURA™ develops. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we will email you. Questions: [email protected].

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
