Connect the insurers you have used. SUURA™ gathers your records and shows them as a single history you control and can share.
Concept prototype: sample data only. No real insurer is contacted.
Every policy and claim from the insurers you connected, on one timeline.
Ask an insurer for a specific document, such as a no claims certificate. Requests go out from here, and when a document arrives it is stored on this page.
A concept of the insurer side of the hub. Requests arrive with identity and signed authority already checked, and a reply takes one click. Sample data only.
Replies go back as a structured file plus a PDF, and are logged with the time taken.
Illustrative assumptions. Change them to match your own figures.
A one-off fee or a subscription for finding and holding their records.
A fee per verified request handled, or a monthly plan for the portal.
A fee when a new insurer, broker or lender receives a certificate the person chose to share.
Charging for a sharing service the person has chosen is different from selling their data, which SUURA™ will never do.
Create a free account so we can keep your details and requests together.
Ticks update by themselves as you fill these in. Sample data only: nothing leaves your browser in this prototype.
Add them once and we attach them automatically to any request that needs them, so you never upload twice. Preview: files stay in this browser tab and are not uploaded anywhere.
SUURA™ writes it for you from the details above, then you sign it. Where an insurer accepts it, it lets SUURA™ ask on your behalf.
Having these to hand helps every request go through first time. They tick by themselves as you add them.
Some insurers connect directly and provide information straight away. Others require a formal Subject Access Request (SAR), which can take up to one month to respond to.
We can’t control an insurer’s response time, but SUURA™ can help streamline the process by having the information and supporting documents ready upfront, such as your name, date of birth, addresses, previous insurers and policy numbers, vehicle registrations, proof of identity and a signed Letter of Authority. Each insurer asks for a different set, and SUURA™ holds a request until it is complete.
By preparing these details in advance and guiding you through each insurer’s requirements, SUURA™ aims to reduce avoidable delays, minimise back-and-forth requests and make retrieving previous insurance records as straightforward as possible.
A mix of direct connections where an insurer offers one and formal access requests where it does not.
More direct connections, and faster handling of requests that still need a reply.
Your history available the moment you ask, from every insurer, with your permission.
